- Take into consideration that Carex can give you the guidelines to reconstruct the salvage car for a flat $99 price.

Once you create an account, you will have buying power

- Buying power depends on your deposit, which begins from $300 up to $3,000 per car, and rises as the buying power rises.
- The deposits are fully refundable once the vehicle is paid at auction.
1. Insurance Auctions — Cheapest Available Cars (Not Inspected, As Is)
- You can visit an IAA auction and check the car yourself, because these cars are not inspected and they are sold AS IS.
- Please get familiar with the auction rules, with auction fees on top of the bidding price, and make sure that you read terms and conditions of vehicle pickup time frame and payment time frame to avoid surcharges.
- Visit the Buyer Fees section to get familiar how much this auction charges, what will be the final calculator, the final payment due. These auctions add auction fees after bidding, and you must know that before making a bid.
- Also take into consideration that we can create for you an additional account at IAA.com and Copart.com.
- For an additional account, these companies charge $200.
- With your additional account, you will create your own password and you will have access to live bidding, and you will have the possibility to bid on the vehicles which do not have a Buy It Now price.
Important Notice
When buying at insurance auctions, take into consideration that you cannot return the purchased car and the sale is final.
2. Green Light Marketplace Opportunities
Inspected auction availability varies by marketplace and authorization. There are different lanes:
- Green Light lanes — all inspected cars.
- Yellow Caution lanes — sold AS IS.
Any inspection, access or purchase support is subject to applicable marketplace permissions and CAREX AUTO LLC partner approval.
You submit make & model of the vehicle you are looking for, or you can give the range of years.
You submit color of the vehicle.
You submit mileage of the vehicle.
You submit the features you want on the vehicle.
You confirm the search request and your budget.
We get back to you with those search results.
