CAREX AUTO LLC operates the CAREX platform, which supports approved automotive businesses and partners with vehicle opportunities and dealer-supported purchasing services where available.

Submitting an application does not create a partnership. Certain features may require account registration, identity or business verification, and CAREX AUTO LLC approval.

Memberships provide access to program services as described in the selected plan and may be modified with notice. Access remains subject to applicable requirements and approval.

Membership and other fees, when offered, are described at the time of enrollment. Payment processing and paid features may be enabled or adjusted as applicable services become available. Users will receive the applicable price and payment terms before a charge is submitted.

Dealer plate eligibility, availability and access are subject to CAREX AUTO approval, applicable requirements and program terms.

CAREX may provide approved users with access to authorized automotive marketplace information and dealer-supported purchasing services where available and permitted. Third-party integrations may be active, unavailable, temporarily disabled or pending authorization.

Partner codes and portal access are issued to approved partners and should not be shared. Access to certain auction-related services may require account approval and verification.

Marketplace names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Display of a marketplace name or logo does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or API authorization unless expressly confirmed. Availability of any integration is subject to applicable permissions and third-party terms.

Vehicle information may originate from third-party data sources. Availability, accuracy and completeness may depend on the relevant provider and applicable access permissions.

A “Request to Bid” submitted through CAREX is a request sent to CAREX AUTO LLC. It is not confirmation that a bid was placed, a purchase was completed or a vehicle was won. CAREX staff must review and process the request. Where applicable, CAREX staff place bids using an authorized dealer account.

Vehicle history report functionality may be offered when the applicable report and payment services are enabled. Availability, report content and pricing are subject to the services available at the time of use.

Approved partners are responsible for their own business operations, compliance and applicable licensing.

CAREX AUTO LLC may suspend or terminate program access where program terms or applicable requirements are not met.

To the extent permitted by law, CAREX AUTO LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from program participation.

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the website or program indicates acceptance of the current terms.
